Arrow Applied Solutions LLC (AAS) is proud to announce its successful completion of the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) START Program—an intensive certification designed to prepare Veteran-owned businesses for success in the federal contracting marketplace.

On March 19, 2026, AAS graduated as one of 33 businesses representing 17 states and Washington, D.C., marking an important milestone in the company’s continued growth and expansion into federal government contracting.

The VIP START Program — facilitated by industry and government subject matter experts — is designed to increase the ability of Veteran-owned businesses to win and sustain government contracts.

This fully funded, three-day (27-hour) certification program is tailored for C-level leaders of established Veteran-owned small businesses and is supported by organizations including the SBA, Lockheed Martin, and the State of Maryland.
